Timeframe:

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your original purchase. Regrettably, if 30 days have lapsed since you received the product, we, unfortunately, cannot issue a refund or exchange. All requests for returns must be made in writing and sent in support@satcooutlet.com.

Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Additionally, all products must be in their original packaging, packed in the same manner as received. A Satco representative will provide instructions regarding the shipping of the item. All return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Manufacturing Defects:

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we kindly request that you email a photograph of the defect to our dedicated customer service team at support@satcooutlet.com. In most instances, we will promptly dispatch a replacement part or product(s) to you, free of charge. We may request the return of the item for an inspection prior to issuing a refund or replacement.
