looks nice

Great quality and design, but better suited as a wall lamp than as a vanity light. The shade is not glass but linen.

We put up the 5 light chandelier over our dining room table, replacing a 21 inch candle-type brass fixture that looked dated. I am pleased with the modern look and lacy design, and my worries about the larger size weren't warranted. Putting it up and getting it level, however, was a nightmare. I almost asked my husband to pack it back up! It hung lopsided, and looked crooked from every angle. We tried adjusting the slack in the wiring, adding a small weight to one side (fishing tackle item), and shimming the bar up in the ceiling. It finally became level when my husband unscrewed the connection at the bottom of the chain, and also loosened each arm. I can't say exactly what to do, except don't make things too tight. The other reservation is the gold color of the shade when lit at night. I wish it had more of a gray/silver look. The led bulbs are less brilliant than our old candles, and I miss the lovely pattern it used to make on the ceiling. I knew I'd be giving that up, so can't complain.

Love love love. Using as an entry hallway light. It's perfect.
